Obesity Among Adults and Children Has Increased 50 percent in the past Two Decades!!

An increase like that implies that it is normal to be over weight and eat unhealthy than teach our children how to do the same!
To many shrug America’s social norm for eating…. but they don’t hesitate to complain about being unhappy with there waist size, energy levels and health problems that they pay a Medical Doctor for….
Eating right and exercising would most likely keep you from having to spend all the time or money at the Dr. office for health problem and be much less stressful!
Did you know that a child’s mind is very programmable… ages 1-5 being the most so…
If you raise your child and program them on all the fake stuff… well then guess what! they are more likely to develop lifstyle habits on the fake food as well as physically crave them…
People are simple… we do what we are use to doing… raising a child on an ubundance of fake food put them at high risk of living oon them, creating addiction for then, designing the daily habits and thoughts to incorparate these foods… after 40 years of developing habits and reacurring thought to a lifestyle of the sort you have somthing that is very commen today…
An adult age 40-50 that can not even conceave of a food plan with out proccesed foods! Some one that can’t help themsevels at parties or at night before bed, may fluctuate in weight up or down using the latest diet but never reachs that goal they dream about and keeps it!
So why is this??? Is that person out of it?? less than?? powerless?? Absolutly NOT! Even the most intellagent people are dealing with these issues! I know many of them.
The thing with habits is the more we do some thing the more it become part of who we are. Are subconcence self… natral or normal habit… all thoughs groves you have in your brain… thoughs are developed from repitius thoughts. thought also lead to repitius action… the deeper the grove the more you have repeated that thought or action… the deepest groves feel the most comfterble to us… they becaome who we are, what and how we think about things…
They are unconcause action and thoughts and do not take very much energy to repeat!
When we try to create new groves (new habits/thought) it takes extra energy and thoughts do. There are two parts to this. First you are not thinking of what you are use to thinking about, second you are focusing on a new thought/action that is not aoutmatic… This is never as comfterble as our aoutomatic thoughts! Some time (most of the time) peoples lives are to crazy to even have the time to put so much effort into all this new thinking!
But just think…. if all the people in there 40-50 today grew up on all the right habit they would not need to spend all this time reprograming all the thoughts and habit that is affecting there waiste, health, stress levels and quality of life!
Make life about how you think and then act, match thows thoughts and action with the results you really want…
Dirt is still dirt… even if you put it in a fancy box in a fancy store and all of our celebrities drance around it in sexy outfits calling it gold!
