I have been a trainer for nine years and have had my own personal training business in Riverside, CA for the past four and a half years. With one of the largest training businesses in Riverside, CA it has always been my passion to teach people about health and fitness, and to try to make a difference in their lives. I was 17 years old when I opened my first nutrition book and my exact thoughts were, “WOW! People don’t know this stuff, I don’t know this stuff, I need to read and teach them!”
So here I am now, 28 years old with many amazing stories of different clients who have changed their lifestyles and are much fitter and healthier. Being the one to provide the right tools in this process is very exciting to me! I love to see people change for the better!
Something else that is very exciting to me is now I’m working on creating a network of trainers that are just as passionate about helping people change as I am to impact our nation’s health. I know how passionate and motivated I am in working with clients and making a difference in each of their lives but I am only one person. We have an epidemic of health problems going on right now in our world. It is my belief, and there is many other professionals that agree, that most of our health problems can be alleviated by not indulging in foods that are very much a part of our social norm. A high percentage of your nutrition comes from high fiber, nutrient dense, natural foods in your diet. It is very easy to adopt the concept of just taking a pill to fix the problem.
