Boot Camp (Coming Soon)This camp may be the answer for you. It’s a women’s only boot camp that takes you through your workout as you are taught in a way that you are able to increase or decrease the level of intensity depending on your needs. Each camp will use a combination of stability balls, exercise bands, medicine balls and small weights ranging from 2-10lbs and much more. Your cardio will be challenged and you will be given helpful fitness tips during your workout.
